Fabulous! Several years ago my hip suddenly began giving me such horrible pain that I could barely walk, saw a specialist in CA & not ready for a surgery, he suggested I try a PRP injection (platelet rich plasma) spun from my own blood. I did & it helped moderately for about 4 months, but then the hip would become unbearable again. Three times I did them in total, then was just n LA on business, once again in horrible pain & seeking a PRP source here in Louisiana, set up an appt @ All American Medical in Covington, and was TOTALLY impressed! Dr. Straul was incredibly knowledgeable, unhurried & suggested we take an X-ray in office to better understand what is going on, and of course learning your 1st evaluation visit is all free, why not? That was quite informative to say the least & with my situation he wisely suggested I try a different restorative injection & OMG, what an improvement that was! Seriously…I was markedly improving the next day, and now nearly 1 year later, I am STILL at least 95% better than the day I 1st walked in! So impressed (and relieved) I stopped by commend & share my success with Dr Straul & also while there asked him if that restorative injection might also help my throbbing shoulder & partially torn rotator cuff & long story short, I arranged an injection the same day just last week & the throbbing pain was already greatly reduced within 24 hours…Looking forward to the full results A month / year from now. They’ve been incredible for me & the staff is so friendly, thoughtful & knowledgeable as well! Thank You!!
