Dr. Chip Curtis is an honor graduate of Life University, in Atlanta, Georgia as a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. He was a Captain in the Army National Guard, as a Black Hawk helicopter pilot for 20 years. He served a tour in Iraq, earning medals for valor and meritorious service. Dr. Curtis grew up in St. Tammany Parish and returned here to practice close to his family. He and his wife Tanya have three beautiful children. All American Healthcare was recently picked as one of the LSU 100, an award honoring the fastest growing LSU graduate companies. Dr. Curtis has been voted the “Best Chiropractor Covington LA” on numerous occasions.


Dr. Craig Seichsnaydre, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been providing care to the residents of St. Tammany Parish since 1999. He is a founding member of the St. Tammany Parish Hospital of Medicine and has been a full-time hospitalist since 2005. Dr. Seichsnaydre specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex patients who require hospital care. He also collaborates with All American Medical physicians to coordinate care. He is the current Chairman of the hospital’s Medical Care Services Committee. Dr. Seichsnaydre received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Louisiana State University and completed his internship and residency at the Ochsner Medical Institution.


Dr. Strahl uses specific chiropractic techniques, and medically integrated regenerative treatments to help his patients restore proper function and mobility. Dr. Strahl earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology at LSU. He then received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University College in Dallas, where he was also given the Clinic Excellence Award. Dr. Strahl loves giving the gift of health, and continues to change the lives of his patients.

Jennifer C. Ledet, FNP-C

Jennifer joined All American Medical in March of 2022. She is a certified family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Herzing University as a Master of Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Baton Rouge General School of Nursing in 2003 leading her to her 18.5-year nursing career with St. Tammany Health Systems where she worked as a labor and delivery nurse and served our community as a home health nurse. Jennifer grew up in Mandeville and graduated from Mandeville High School. She is married to Jace and has two children, Anna and Reid

Jennifer Thomas ANP- BC

Jennifer Thomas is an adult health nurse practitioner with initial primary specialty in internal medicine. She has practiced within North Oaks Health System and St. Tammany Health System in 10 Primary care for the past 10 years, and has been at All American Medical for the past year with a focus on physical medicine. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University and is board certified with ANCC. She has bee been an an RN for 19 19 years and an NP for 11 years. Her RN background is cirtical care care and ER/ ‘trauma nursing. She served in the United States Army in the combat field trauma and surgical units of PFC Jerrod Dennis Combat Hospital in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
